Influencer Manager (Working with Bloggers and Creators) to $2000

Responsible for managing influencer collaborations, discovering new advertising formats, and testing hypotheses through influencer channels.
 

Responsibilities / Key Functions
 

1. Influencer Research & Analytics

  • Searching for relevant bloggers, creators, and content makers across various platforms.
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative metrics (ER, audience demographics, traffic quality).
  • Building and maintaining an influencer database with different collaboration formats.
     

2. Influencer Strategy Development

  • Developing hypotheses for new advertising formats (UGC, integrations, reviews, challenges, etc.).
  • Creating campaign structures: goal โ†’ message โ†’ format โ†’ KPI.
  • Developing communication approaches and collaboration proposals for influencers.
     

3. Communication & Negotiation

  • Managing day-to-day communication with influencers and agencies.
  • Negotiating pricing, formats, timelines, and collaboration terms.
  • Preparing and coordinating briefs and technical tasks for integrations.
     

4. Campaign Management

  • Overseeing influencer campaigns from briefing to content publication.
  • Reviewing content for brand guideline compliance and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinating publishing schedules, collecting materials, and tracking initial results.
     

5. Testing New Formats

  • Monitoring trends in influencer marketing (new platforms, formats, approaches).
  • Launching experiments and A/B tests.
  • Recommending optimal formats based on product and target audience.
     

6. Performance Analytics

  • Evaluating campaign results based on KPIs: reach, audience coverage, clicks, subscriptions, sales.
  • Preparing reports and insights.
  • Optimizing the influencer marketing model.
     

7. Budget Management

  • Planning influencer marketing budgets: allocation across creators, formats, and channels.
  • Analyzing budget efficiency: CPA, ROMI per integration.
  • Tracking expenses, plan vs. actual analysis, and preparing financial reports.
     

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Working with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with performance marketing and PR.
  • Sharing results with the brand team and participating in creative campaign development.
