You:

 

  • Have a deep understanding of the IT and digital market
  • Have successfully hired for technical or creative roles (Dev, AI, Marketing)
  • Know how to find, engage, and persuade top candidates
  • Want to work in a company where you can grow and realize your potential
  • Proficient in English

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Full-cycle recruitment: from briefing to onboarding
  • Hiring for technical (AI, Development) and creative (Marketing, PM) roles
  • Active sourcing: LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, social media
  • Conducting interviews and screenings
  • Communicating with team leads
  • Managing recruitment processes in an ATS
  • Working with tools such as Google Suite, Excel, Zoom, Notion, etc.

 

What’s Important to Us

 

  • 4+ years of experience in IT or digital recruitment
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search
  • Confident English (B2 or higher)
  • Speed, flexibility, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to maintain structured documentation and tracking
