About the Role
 

We are looking for a Retention & Bonus Specialist to manage bonus mechanics within an iGaming project.
This role focuses on execution, calculations, and optimization of bonus campaigns in close collaboration with analytics, marketing, and product teams.

You will not just launch promotions, but work with bonus economics, analyze results, and help improve retention performance.
 

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage bonus campaigns across CRM, retention, VIP, and affiliate channels
• Calculate and monitor bonus cost based on predefined frameworks (GGR / NGR)
• Support bonus budgeting and help prevent overspending
• Optimize bonuses for:
  • First-time deposits (FTD)
  • Retention and reactivation
  • VIP and segmented player groups
• Work with loot boxes, cashback, free bets, and custom promo mechanics
• Prepare requirements and requests for the analytics team
• Analyze campaign results and provide clear insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, product, and support teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming retention / bonus / CRM roles
• Solid understanding of:
  • Bonus mechanics and wagering logic
  • Bonus cost basics and impact on NGR
• Ability to work with numbers and interpret performance metrics
• Experience working with analytics dashboards and reports
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with VIP bonuses and segmented retention strategies
• Understanding of affiliate traffic incentives
• Experience working with sportbook bonuses
• Background in fast-paced or high-risk digital environments
