Executive Manager
Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Administrative Assistant - someone who can turn a space into a functional, welcoming workplace, manage day-to-day office finances with full transparency, and collaborate closely with HR and department leads to support smooth onboarding and operational planning.
Responsibilities:
- Build the Lagos office from scratch: find and coordinate an outsourcing agency for hiring Nigerian sales agents.
- Search, evaluate, and rent an office space with a stable power supply; manage utilities, internet setup, furniture, and service providers.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the sales team.
- Oversee daily attendance, working hours, discipline, and resolve basic operational issues.
- Manage payroll inputs, transportation reimbursement, and provide monthly expense reports.
- Track operational costs, maintain budgets, and ensure transparency of all office expenses.
- Work closely with HR and department leads during hiring, approvals, and staff planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, office administration, coordination, or facility management.
- Ability to independently manage people, vendors, and processes.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid command of Google Sheets/Excel, CRM systems, Slack, and basic reporting tools.
- Clear, understandable English (spoken & written).
- High level of reliability, integrity, and good judgment under pressure.
- Plus: experience dealing with landlords, outsourcing agencies, or office setup projects.
