Microsoft Power Platform Developer

About the Project:

We're building 4 enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate for workflow automation across Legal, HR, Corporate Secretary, and Project Management departments.

What You'll Build:

General Project Agent

• Project information retrieval system
• Automated status reports and alerts
• Deadline and budget tracking notifications

Legal Agent

• Contract generation workflows (land and service contracts)
• Multi-stage approval routing (Legal → CorSec → Management)
• SharePoint auto-filing with metadata
• Legal FAQ chatbot for employee self-service

HR Agent

• Employment document automation (offers, contracts, letters)
• Resume screening and candidate shortlisting workflows
• Onboarding/offboarding automation (accounts, access, tasks)

CorSec & Employee Chatbot

• Unified FAQ interface for HR, IT, Legal, Finance
• Self-service workflows (leave, benefits, expenses)
• Ticket creation and routing system

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Copilot Studio - topic design, conversation flows, agent deploymentl
• Power Automate Premium - complex workflows, approvals, premium connectors
• SharePoint Online - document libraries, metadata management, permissions
• HTTP requests / Custom connectors in Copilot Studio
• Experience deploying agents to Copilot Studio and Teams directly

Nice to Have:

• Integration with Azure Functions via HTTP/custom connectors
• AI Builder experience (document processing, text generation)
• PostgreSQL or Dataverse database knowledgeyoutube
• Experience with enterprise security and compliance requirements

Project Details:

• Duration: 12-16 weeks
• Format: Hourly Contract
• Collaboration: Working alongside developer handling custom AI backend
