Risk and Fraud Prevention Manager

Your responsibilities will include:
– Continuously monitor customer transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
– Identify and investigate potential fraudulent activities, including unauthorized account access, payment fraud and bonus abuse.
– Evaluate the risk associated with different customer accounts and transactions.
– KYC verification: document verification and analysis of the open source information.
– Manage alerts generated by fraud detection systems and respond promptly to potential threats.
– Tracking and escalation chargeback disputes.
– Conduct training sessions to educate other departments and employees about fraud prevention.
– Taking part in updating fraud detection processes and algorithms.
– Analyzing and processing customers` withdrawal requests. 
– Customer communication.

It’s a match if you have:
– 6+ months of experience in a Risk or Antifraud Manager position.
– Knowledge of document forgery techniques.
– Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changes in the external environment or internal company processes.
– Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
– High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
– Confident PC skills.
