Your Missions

As Product Manager, you own the product cycle end to end:

Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Build and drive the roadmap with the CEO
• Identify needs, prioritise features, and create clear product requirements

Product Execution and Delivery

• Work daily with the Lead Developer to make the roadmap happen
• Guarantee feature quality, clarity, and reliability
• Take ownership of QA and product testing

UX, Design, and Future Flows

• Collaborate closely with the Product Designer to shape new features
• Improve user flows, simplicity, and adoption across the platform

Profile We Are Looking For

• 3 to 8 years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner
• Solid track record on a serious, well-designed B2B SaaS product
• Vibe Coding: knows how to vibe code to better align business and developpers
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior technical profiles
• Strong execution mindset, structured, reliable, and autonomous
• Fully comfortable in English in a professional context
• Bonus: speaking Ukrainian
• Startup mindset, ownership, and love for building things that matter
