What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment within product companies or structured business environments.
- Hands-on experience hiring both non-technical(is a must) and technical roles, from junior to leadership level.
- Strong understanding of sourcing channels, outreach strategies and candidate engagement.
- A data-informed approach to recruitment, with confidence using metrics to guide decisions.
- Solid candidate evaluation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, result orientation and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Clear, structured communication and strong critical thinking.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
What You Will Do
- End-to-end ownership of hiring processes for Marketing, Product, Operations, Engineering,Finance and Leadership roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, challenges and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Run structured, competency-based interviews using modern frameworks such as behavioral interviewing, situational interviewing, STAR, deep-dive probing, top-grading logic and value alignment assessment.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, X, communities, referrals, AI sourcing tools, market mapping and passive talent engagement.
- Create strong outreach messages that convert passive candidates and reflect our brand and culture.
- Drive the recruitment funnel with a data-driven mindset. Track metrics, provide regular reports and insights to improve hiring quality and speed.
- Maintain excellent candidate experience, clear communication and high professionalism at every stage.
- Build long-term pipelines for critical and niche roles.

- You fully own 4-6 roles at a time

- Pipelines are strong, predictable, and high-quality
- Your outreach and sourcing bring top-tier candidates
In 6–12 months:
- You help build scalable hiring frameworks
- You influence Talent strategy
- You create repeatable sourcing systems
- You contribute to Talent Density and high hiring bar
- You take significant part in scaling the company globally
🧩 Recruitment process for this position:
- Introductory call (45 minutes). A get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
- Test assignment. If we’re aligned, we’ll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
- Deep-dive interview (1 hour). A conversation with our CMO to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
- Final interview. A strategic conversation with CEO.
- Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together.
- Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
