Role overview
This role exists to build and scale a high-performing team across sales, marketing, tech, and operations. You’ll own the full hiring cycle globally, with a strong focus on quality, speed, and long-term impact on the business. Your work directly shapes how fast and how well the company grows.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, tech, and operational roles
- Source and attract top-tier talent globally, with a strong focus on the USA and Eastern Europe
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using direct sourcing and proactive outreach
- Partner closely with founders and department leads to translate business goals into hiring plans
- Lead and mentor one in-house recruiter, setting standards and improving hiring processes
- Drive a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer
Track hiring progress and quality, adjusting strategy based on real results
✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in SaaS, tech, or fast-scaling companies
- Proven track record of hiring in the USA, Eastern Europe, and international markets
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, boolean search, and multi-channel outreach
- Ability to manage hiring pipelines independently and deliver roles end-to-end
- Ownership mindset with high standards for talent quality and accountability
Fluent English for daily communication with candidates and stakeholders
➕ Bonus if you have:
- Experience hiring sales or GTM roles in tech companies
- Background in real estate, PropTech, or marketplaces
- Experience building hiring processes from scratch
Hands-on experience mentoring junior recruiters
