B2B Cold Caller, Appointment Setter (fixed base + bonuses)

β’ Make high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
β’ Research HVAC companies in target territories (residential, commercial, or both)
β’ Confirm key details (name, business, contact info, address, appointment time)
β’ Book appointments onto the calendar via email or scheduling tools
β’ Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
β’ Identify potential decision-makers and gather accurate business contact information
β’ Update lead statuses and notes after each call
β’ Organize call attempts, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments
β’ Provide daily or weekly call summaries (contacts made, appointments booked, outcomes)

β’ Motivated by results
β’ Experience in cold calling or appointment setting (required)
β’ B2B calling experience strongly preferred
β’ Excellent spoken English; strong communication and objection-handling skills
β’ Familiarity with lead generation tools, Google Sheets, and basic CRM usage
β’ Confident, persistent, and comfortable making many calls per shift
β’ Highly coachable and willing to undergo the clientβs sales training
β’ Organized and consistent with follow-ups and reporting
