Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 IT Recruiters, ensuring high-quality delivery of international recruitment processes.
  • Stay actively involved in sourcing and recruitment.
  • Conduct client kick-off calls with the sales team to align on requirements and strategy.
  • Maintain regular update status calls with clients.
  • Hold regular/weekly calls with the CEO to provide comprehensive updates on team performance, client status, and recruitment progress.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters, fostering professional growth and improving team performance.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of the candidate database, ATS, and reporting tools.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years of experience in international recruitment, ideally in tech/IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
  • Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Degree in Business, HR, Management, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and ATS tools.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, roles, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in candidate evaluation, reporting, and communication.
