Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10 IT Recruiters, ensuring high-quality delivery of international recruitment processes.
- Stay actively involved in sourcing and recruitment.
- Conduct client kick-off calls with the sales team to align on requirements and strategy.
- Maintain regular update status calls with clients.
- Hold regular/weekly calls with the CEO to provide comprehensive updates on team performance, client status, and recruitment progress.
- Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters, fostering professional growth and improving team performance.
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of the candidate database, ATS, and reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in international recruitment, ideally in tech/IT roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
- Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
- Degree in Business, HR, Management, Computer Science, or related fields
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and ATS tools.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, roles, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in candidate evaluation, reporting, and communication.
