Project Manager (Middle–Middle+) — eCommerce

We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Project Manager (Middle–Middle+) to join our team and support the delivery of eCommerce web development projects across different platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, and others).

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on project management experience in eCommerce or software development, who is ready to take ownership of projects and work closely with international clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage eCommerce web development projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure
• Communicate clearly and regularly with internal teams and external clients
• Apply Agile principles and tailor them to project specifics
• Manage scope, changes, risks, and dependencies during implementation
• Ensure delivery transparency for all stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports
• Lead several projects in parallel
• Work with fixed-price and time & material projects
• Oversee internal budgeting, timelines, and delivery efficiency (margin and cost tracking — nice to have)
• Foster a culture of ownership, openness, and collaboration within the team

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager (or similar role) in a software development company
• Proven experience managing eCommerce projects (platform does not matter — Shopify, Adobe Commerce, SFCC, BigCommerce, custom solutions, etc.)
• Strong understanding of eCommerce flows: storefronts, integrations, third-party services, and payment systems
• Experience leading cross-functional development teams (3–6 people or more)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Understanding of estimation, planning, and risk management
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ActiveCollab, Trello, or similar
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written & spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with different eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce)
• Experience with project budgeting, cost estimation, and margin tracking
• Background in eCommerce strategy, digital products, or integrations-heavy projects
• Experience working in an agency environment
