Internal Communications Manager (offline)

We support the company’s growth by showcasing where Wix is going, why and how we plan to do it in our own Wix way. We play a significant role in creating the right employer brand globally.
We are looking for a communication team leader to bridge the gap between Wix HQ and Ukrainian branches.
You are:
A storyteller at heart who’s passionate about creating great content and is always looking for the next story to tell.
Comfortable working independently and know how to take the initiative to find stories and dig in to find the details you need to tell them.
Flexible and comfortable handling multiple, challenging projects.
Passionate about technology and online trends, detail-oriented, an amazing listener, curious and fun to work with.
A fluent English speaker.
As communication leader, you will:
Conceptualize creative ways to tell Wix stories, taking into mind who our people are and what will keep them excited, motivated and engaged.
Produce content for Ukraine employees including news, presentations, policies, how to's, emails and more.
Ensure Ukrainian Wix people relate to the big picture and customize the content and messaging to address their unique needs.
Create internal content for localized updates, onboarding, and internal campaigns
Manage and effectively leverage different internal and social communication channels to distribute content you’ve created.
Create presentations for internal and external audiences to help expand the Wix brand.
Collaborate and work closely with talented teams, such as HR, Operations, video artists and other awesome people.
