Hard Skills

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Strong visual taste + solid UI fundamentals (typography, spacing, composition)
• Strong portfolio that clearly shows both UX and UI skills
• Confident work with Figma (auto layout, components, styles, variables)
• Experience designing web and mobile interfaces (from wireframes to high-fidelity UI)
• Understanding of user flows, information architecture, and UX patterns
• Ability to prepare designs for development (flow description, states, logic, handoff)
• Experience communicating with clients in chat and on calls
• English level: B2+ 

Soft Skills💎

• You genuinely enjoy building UX/UI concepts and get real satisfaction from crafting strong portfolio-worthy solutions
• Ability to present and justify your design decisions (to team & clients)
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ownership
• Proactivity, speed, and ability to prioritize

Nice to have 💎

• Experience with Dribbble / 99designs competitions
• UX research experience or interest in UX
• Experience with Jitter, Adobe CC, or Mobbins
• Usage of AI tools in design workflows

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

• Create modern, user-friendly, visually engaging UX/UI designs for web and mobile apps
• Build and iterate user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
• Develop UI/UX concepts for portfolio and competitions (Dribbble / 99designs)
• Collaborate closely with the design team and developers (handoff, iterations, feedback)
• Prepare designs for development (states, logic, edge cases, responsive behavior)
• Present design solutions and rationale to the team and clients
• Keep up with trends and continuously improve design quality
