Junior Network Planning Engineer

Kyivstar.Tech is hiring a Junior Network Planning Engineer.

What you will do

• Prepare and follow-up system strategy. Hardware and software lifecycle. Load prediction hardware/software and sizing

• Contract scope and terms control (supply, service, NDA)

• Participate in tender to get experience

• Lead system deployment, system extension, new services (HW/SW/services): 

- Initiate purchase orders

- Coordinate hardware supply with partner and logistic function

- Control software supply, including needed documents preparation 

- Coordinate works with partner, maintenance team, other supporting functions: prepare plan, supervise execution

• Collect business needs and prepare technical requirements for new services/solutions 

• Provide consultancy to business about systems functionality

Qualifications and experience needed

• Ready to consider candidates without experience but with basic theoretical knowledge

• Basic GSM/UMTS/LTE architecture knowledge 

• Basic IP network

• English level: Pre-intermediate or higher

 Target system

• USSD and LBS
