Senior Business Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Work with customer and local teams to elicit requirements.
- Active participation in Fintech pre-sales, Discovery phases and Assessments
- Ensure that product management produce documentation to an adequate level of detail.
- Produce clear and easy to understand functional specifications
- Document workflows, use cases, epics and stories in JIRA/Confluence
- Facilitate, understand and contribute to technical discussions.
- Ensure that requirements are understood by development team
- Support the development team - i.e. handover, answer questions, supervise what is delivered.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of business analysis experience
- Extensive years’ experience in FinTech domain
- Excellent communication skills in English - verbal and written.
- Ability and willingness to work through details, including where required, data mappings.
- Proven ability to rapidly learn new business domains, readiness for multitasking
- Run assessment and discovery phases on Customer side
- Understand and define user workflows
- Requirements elicitation, organization and analysis skills
- Work with stakeholders to produce business and functional requirements.
- Write functional specifications based on high-level requirements.
- Check requirements completion during all phases of development.
- Do Risk analyses and defect management;
- Participate in issue investigation process.
- Build a good relationship with business users and on-site/off-site teams.
- Be proactive and foresee project perspective from business point of view.
- Be responsible for the overall product quality from a business user perspective

Automotive domain knowledge

Higher Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree
