Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide timely, friendly, and effective support to our customers. Your role will be key in creating a positive experience and building trust in our brand.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via email, chat, and other channels.
  • Solve customer issues efficiently and helpfully, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Use provided scripts as guidance but also personalize responses when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Contribute to creating a friendly and supportive brand image.
     

Requirements:

  • English language skills are mandatory, minimum B1 level, as all communication will be in English.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in communication.
  • Patience, persistence, and a genuine desire to help people.
  • Ability to follow scripts while also adapting to individual customer needs.
  • Experience in e-commerce or customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
