Front End Team Lead

About the Role

We’re growing fast and are excited to expand our team! We’re looking for a passionate Front End Team Lead to join our partner team and help us continue our journey of innovation and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web development.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a Team Lead or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading successful web development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding technical decisions.

Technical/specialized knowledge:

• Proficiency in JavaScript ecosystem and frameworks (React, Redux, Next.js, Apollo, MUI, etc).
• Good knowledge of architecture/design patterns and styles.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Testing Library, E2E frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services AWS.
• Advanced performance optimization techniques for web applications and services.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Strapi, Storybook, Rushjs, or similar monorepo solutions.
• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Federation) and/or commercial experience in development with regular microservice architecture.

Business expertise:

• Proven experience working in gambling domain.
• Experience working with or in operation departments of gambling sphere.
• Good understanding of Platform requirements.
• Understanding hi load architecture specifics for domain.
• Experience in applying multi-branding concepts for a single cross-platform product.
• Proven Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams 5-6 employees.
