Senior Web Developer (WordPress + Webflow)

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our team and take our SEO performance to the next level.

Responsibilities

WordPress Development

• Build websites from scratch (custom themes), not only modifying templates.
• Develop and customize plugins, widgets, and Gutenberg/ACF Blocks.
• Integrate third-party services via REST API, webhooks, Zapier/Make.
• Work with WooCommerce: custom checkout flows, product types, payment logic.
• Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN, code optimization).
• Configure security and protect sites from vulnerabilities.
• Handle migrations, set up hosting environments, work with staging and Git.
• Implement technical SEO: structured data, semantic HTML, correct URL structures.
   

Webflow Development

• Build advanced Webflow websites (not just template-based pages).
• Work with CMS Collections, dynamic content and relations.
• Implement complex animations via Webflow Interactions, Lottie, scroll effects.
• Add custom code (JavaScript), custom logic, and embedded integrations.
• Create reusable Webflow components and scalable structures.
• Pixel-perfect layout according to Figma designs.
• Optimize Webflow sites for performance and SEO.
   

General Technical Tasks

• Maintain and update existing projects.
• Diagnose and resolve issues; implement bug fixes and refactoring.
• Analyze technical requirements from PMs and clients.
• Participate in planning, provide technical recommendations.
• Document technical decisions and processes.
   

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of commercial experience with WordPress (custom development required).
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS.
• Experience with ACF Pro, CPT UI, WooCommerce.
• Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, filters, templates.
• 2+ years of Webflow experience with complex projects.
• Strong Webflow animations and interactions skills.
• Experience working with Git, hosting setups, and CLI.
• Experience integrating APIs (Stripe, HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRM tools).
• High attention to detail, independence, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Laravel / React / Next.js (not required).
• Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier).
• High-traffic performance optimization experience.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience creating technical documentation.

• English level sufficient for client communication.
