With team expansion, we are refining our hiring focus. Preferred candidates:
✨ From Asia (especially SEA)
✨ Experience in crypto/Web3
✨ Worked on “white” projects (exchanges, wallets, infrastructure products)

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads
• Qualify and conduct sales calls
• Onboard clients until payment → handover to account team
• Client support throughout cooperation
• Outbound lead generation
• Follow scripts and handle objections
• Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
• Meet sales targets

🧩 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Russian — fluent
• English — Upper-Intermediate+
• Understanding of the iGaming vertical
• Experience in ad account rental agencies or marketing agencies
• Pluses: experience in Web3/crypto and working with Asian markets
