Head of Product

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and scaling.
  • Analyze the iGaming market, trends, and competitive landscape to implement best practices.
  • Lead and coordinate product managers, designers, and analysts.
  • Optimize user experience (UX/UI) to improve key product metrics (LTV, Retention, GGR).
  • Collaborate closely with developers, marketing, BI analysts, and other teams.
  • Monitor product KPIs, run A/B tests, and work with analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement new gaming mechanics, bonus systems, payment solutions, and features.
  • Manage product P&L, control budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Scale and enhance existing platforms by adopting innovative technologies.
     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming (casino, betting) as Head of Product or Senior Product Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming market, user behavior, and business models.
  • Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and UX research.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and Agile processes.
  • Experience implementing innovative solutions that impact key product metrics.
  • Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and leadership qualities.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
  • Experience working in Mexico or LATAM is a plus.
