Project Manager
Our client is an international fintech company with its own payment platform and infrastructure, operating in high-risk industry markets.
The company develops next-generation payment products and is actively expanding its global presence.
We are looking for a Project Manager who will work directly with the CFO within the Business Development function.
This role is designed for a proactive and independent specialist capable of quickly and deeply immersing themselves in new domains, building processes from scratch, organizing cross-functional collaboration, and driving complex projects to successful completion.
Requirements
- 2โ4 years of experience in the role of Project Manager / Product Project Lead / Business Operations Manager, ideally within FinTech, Payments, iGaming, High-Risk, or IT;
- Deep understanding of key elements of the payment ecosystem: PSP, acquiring, APM, transactional flows, routing, risk management, and compliance processes;
- Excellent planning, communication, facilitation, documentation, and time-management skills;
- Proven experience independently managing projects from concept to full launch, including leading cross-functional teams;
- Confident use of project management and analytics tools: Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Notion, Google Sheets, and presentation tools;
- English level, Upper-Intermediate.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in high-risk verticals: gaming, betting, crypto, gambling;
- Knowledge of technical and process standards: ISO 8583, API integrations, KYC/KYB;
- Participation in international projects, collaboration with PSPs, banks, payment providers, or global payment platforms;
- Skills in business analysis, preparing product specifications, and structuring technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full lifecycle of strategic and R&D projects, including launching new product lines (PSP integrations, expanding the platform to new geographies, APM integration, card acquiring development);
- Initiating and coordinating integration projects, participating in industry consortia and joint partner initiatives;
- Conducting research and analytical work (market intelligence, competitive landscape, feasibility assessments) to justify product and business decisions;
- Ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration between finance, risk, compliance, operations, marketing, and external partners;
- Organizing and facilitating project meetings, working groups, and communication flows; managing timelines, resources, risks, and overall execution quality;
- Preparing project documentation and visual materials, including workflow, cashflow, userflow, legal structure diagrams, and other supporting schematics;
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date project roadmaps and reports for stakeholders and C-level (status, timeline, budget, milestones, risk & issue log, closure reports);
- Preparing presentations, analytical materials, and briefs for negotiations, workshops, and strategic discussions;
- Handling special assignments from leadership and executing ad-hoc tasks related to business development.
