Middle Manual QA

We’re looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis (4 hours per day). 

You’ll be our only QA specialist, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys independence, takes ownership, and feels confident building and leading the testing process across mobile and web products. You’ll work closely with the team in an Agile/Scrum environment, helping us deliver high-quality features in short, iterative cycles.
Because we work closely with a US-based company, our schedule is slightly shifted. For this role, that means working around 4–8 PM Kyiv time.

Main Responsibilities

• Test native mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web applications (desktop/mobile)
• Validate customer-facing flows and admin panel functionality
• Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and UI testing
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases
• Identify, document, and track bugs through the full lifecycle
• Communicate risks and provide clear, structured feedback on product quality
• Collaborate with the team during sprints (Agile/Scrum)

Main Requirements

• Solid understanding of testing theory (types of testing, bug lifecycle)
• Experience testing web applications: customer website + admin panel
• Experience testing native mobile apps (iOS and Android)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Basic experience with test automation
• Experience using AI tools to improve testing efficiency and support QA activities
