Senior IT Recruiter

Hi! We are a software development company based in the Czech Republic, looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter for a long-term, part-time collaboration.

We have a strong technical leadership team (Architects & Leads) to validate hard skills. However, we need a person who can identify the right people - candidates with the right mindset, potential, and communication skills to fit our English-speaking agile environment.
 

๐ŸŽฏ The Goal We are looking for a "Gatekeeper of Culture and Potential." Your main objective is to filter candidates not just by their CVs, but by their personality, drive, and ability to grow.
 

๐Ÿš€ What will you do?

  • Talent Scouting & Screening: Source and interview candidates for Senior Lead and Developer roles (React, Node.js, React Native).
  • Behavioral & Soft Skills Assessment: You will conduct the initial screening to assess English fluency, communication style, and cultural fit.
  • Identifying Potential: We value a "growth mindset" over a perfect checklist. You need to spot candidates who are smart, eager to learn, and capable of ownership, even if they aren't perfect on paper yet.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with our Technical Architect/Lead. You filter for the human aspect; they filter for the code aspect. You will coordinate to move valid candidates to the technical round.
     

โœ… Who are we looking for?

  • Senior HR Experience: You have years of experience specifically in IT/Tech recruiting. You understand the difference between Java and JavaScript and know what a "Full-stack" developer actually does.
  • Intuition & Psychology: You have a strong "radar" for talent. You can tell when a candidate is passionate about their craft versus just looking for a paycheck.
  • English Proficiency: You speak high-level English, as you will be vetting candidates' language skills.
  • Professional Independence: You are a freelancer or contractor who can manage your own time and pipeline efficiently.
     

๐Ÿ”ง The Roles You Will Hire For You should be comfortable recruiting for modern JavaScript stacks:

  • Frontend: React, Next.js
  • Backend: Node.js
  • Mobile: React Native

  • Type: Part-time / Freelance Contract (Invoicing).
  • Location: Remote (Company based in Czechia).
  • Workload: Flexible, based on current hiring needs.
