Performance / Growth Marketing Manager

10101.art is an international platform bringing together fine art, Web3, and RWAs. We work with artworks by Picasso, Dalí, Banksy, Warhol, and more.

We are launching a new direction focused on physical objects and apparel. In this regard, we are looking for a Performance / Growth Marketing Manager who knows how to build high-ticket funnels, test hypotheses, and work with premium segments of physical goods (luxury fashion, e-commerce apparel, lifestyle).

Your key mission is to drive sales growth through traffic, hypotheses, funnels, and deep analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for luxury fashion (T-shirts, limited drops) and other physical products offered by 10101.art.
  • Create and optimize high-ticket funnels and complex product journeys.
  • Understand the psychology of premium-segment buyers and shape luxury offers through storytelling, lifestyle, and exclusivity.
  • Build multi-touchpoint sequences: quizzes, lead magnets, email nurturing, and social proof mechanics.
  • Define the customer journey, identify bottlenecks, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Launch and manage advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Twitter Ads).
  • Conduct A/B tests for offers, landing pages, and luxury-product positioning formats.
  • Perform end-to-end funnel analytics: from the first touchpoint to purchase; build dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
  • Generate actionable solutions for funnel improvement, not just report issues.
  • Adapt strategies and communications for the Middle East market (if relevant).
  • Work with metrics, hypotheses, and analytics to drive sales growth and optimize traffic.

  • Set up and optimize sales funnels, test hypotheses.
  • Conduct A/B tests for offers, landing pages, and product-presentation formats.
  • Analyze the customer journey and identify bottlenecks and growth points in the funnel.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for funnel performance.
  • Collect and interpret data on premium-audience behavior.
  • Package the product through storytelling, lifestyle, and exclusivity.
  • Explain why a funnel works or doesn’t work and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Optimize all funnel elements to maximize conversion and drive sales growth.
