We are seeking a CMO to lead B2B/Enterprise IT marketing and lead generation in the US and European markets. This role requires a business ownerβs mindset Ρ ΡΠΎΠΊΡΡ Π½Π° scaling the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Strategy & Positioning π§
Formulate the 12β18 month marketing strategy, define positioning (USP, ICP), and develop Go-To-Market plans for UX/UI & Frontend, End-to-End Development, and AI Solutions.
β’ Brand & Communications β¨
Develop and maintain the brand story and visual identity across all channels (website, presentations, PR, etc.) to increase recognition among enterprise audiences.
β’ Lead Generation & Growth π
Build a high-performance inbound + outbound lead generation engine focused on delivering MQL/SQL and managing the full marketing funnel.
β’ Analytics & KPIs π
Own key metrics (CAC, CPL, ROI, pipeline influenced) and manage marketing budgets.
Requirements π
- 5+ years of experience in Sales / BizDev / Marketing / Lead Gen β
- Proven expertise in IT B2B (Europe/USA) π
- Ability to build systems, manage teams, and scale processes βοΈ
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) π¬π§
