About the Role

We’re looking for a Middle Product Designer to shape design solutions for a new AI-powered product within the Promova ecosystem.
You’ll become the first and only designer on this product — owning the full design cycle and directly influencing how millions of users learn, interact, and grow with AI.

You’ll work closely with a dedicated Product Manager and full-cycle development team (frontend, backend, and mobile), driving product discovery, UX strategy, and UI excellence.
This is a role for someone who thrives in uncertainty, takes initiative, and loves turning ideas into measurable user impact.

• Promova is launching a new standalone product within its ecosystem, expanding into new learning experiences.
• We’re building a lean, fast-moving product team with high ownership and freedom to experiment.
• You’ll design, test, and validate real product hypotheses — nothing stays “in the drawer.”

What We’re Looking For

Core Experience:

• 3+ years in product design (mobile).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, animation, and usability evaluations.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, analysts).
• Solid grasp of UI craft, visual hierarchy, and user psychology.

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing AI-powered products or integrating AI in workflows.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, data-informed design, and analytics tools.
• Prior experience in Ukrainian product companies or fast-scaling startups.

Impact Areas

• Drive the end-to-end product design process — from discovery and hypothesis generation to testing and iteration.
• Design intuitive, beautiful, and scalable UI/UX solutions for web and mobile.
• Conduct usability testing (both qualitative & quantitative) and apply insights to improve key metrics.
• Collaborate with product, dev, and marketing teams to deliver user-centered design decisions.
• Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to speed up design processes and experimentation.
