Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience hiring marketers, designers, managers, analysts, and other office and creative professionals. We need someone who understands the specifics of these roles, the required competencies, and the way these teams work.
What you will do:
- Full recruitment cycle (from sourcing to onboarding)
- Closing positions across various areas: marketing, creative, operations, management
- Conducting screenings and initial interviews
- Actively sourcing candidates through various platforms and channels
- Collaborating with team leads to clarify requirements
- Managing the recruitment pipeline and coordinating processes
- Supporting basic HR processes within the company
