Sales Manager (China β†’ USA Logistics) to $2500

Who we need

A strong Sales Manager who already understands:

how logistics/freight forwarding sales works

the US market specifics (clients, expectations, decision-making speed, service level)

Important: Experience in logistics and with the US market is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Work with warm leads (no cold calls)

Manage existing clients + re-activate past customers

Qualify needs, build an offer, negotiate and close

Upsell related services

Requirements (must-have)

2+ years in logistics sales

Hands-on US market experience (clients from the US / shipping to the US)

Confident negotiation & closing skills

Compensation (transparent)

$1000 base (monthly)

Bonuses from $1000+ / month β€” uncapped

Average total: $2500+

Month 1: base only (logistics cycle 2–4 weeks)

Bonuses start from Month 2

Work format

Remote

Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (Kyiv time)

Being reachable by phone is important for key clients
