Middle Lead Generation Specialist

We’re Leadera, a fast-growing lead generation agency that works with SaaS companies, consulting firms, real estate, recruiting agencies, and more. (Not working with IT outsource).

We build smart, scalable outreach systems for clients worldwide  and now we’re looking for someone who’s hungry to grow and ready to join us.
 

We’re hiring a Middle Lead Gen Specialist — someone with up to 1 year of experience in lead generation and a huge drive to learn fast and earn well. You’ll be working directly with our founder and a team of experts on real campaigns, real results, and with cool international clients.
 

What you’ll do:

• Find and validate prospect data
• Work with tools like Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Helper, Lemlist, Instantly
• Build and filter lead lists in Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Help create email and LinkedIn sequences
• Use AI tools for personalization and prospect research
• No client calls at the beginning, but you’ll grow into it
   

What we expect:

• English level B1–B2 (we’ll pay for a course if needed)
• You’ll communicate with clients in English (text only at first)
• Strong attention to detail and logic
• Experience with any lead gen or outreach tools is a big plus
• Full-time availability
