Our internal job board allows Sourcers to select assignments they want to work on, source relevant candidates, and help companies fill roles quickly and efficiently.

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented Talent Sourcers / Database Builders to join our freelance network.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Talent Sourcer / DB Builder, you will review positions posted on our internal job board, “book” the ones you want, and then source qualified candidates using your own tools. Your job is to build a strong pipeline, reach out to candidates, and submit profiles directly through our platform.

This role is 100% remote, flexible, and ideal for Sourcers who want full control over workload and earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Review open roles on our internal job board and select (“book”) positions you want to work on.
• Analyze job requirements and identify the ideal candidate profile.
• Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, communities, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain organized candidate lists/pipelines.
• Reach out to relevant candidates with pre-approved outreach templates or personalized messages.
• Submit qualified candidates through the platform for the client to review.
• Communicate progress and update candidate statuses in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, speed, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• 0,5+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent research (IT, logistics, administrative, blue-collar — any vertical is welcome).
• Strong search skills (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn Basic, job board search).
• Ability to quickly understand job requirements and match them to candidate backgrounds.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Result-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Access to reliable internet and sourcing tools (preferred).
