Talent Acquisition Team Lead
We are building a strong in-house recruitment function and are looking for a TA Lead who will take full ownership of the recruitment strategy, team, and results.
This is a high-impact leadership role for those who thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and are ready to drive business growth through top-tier talent.
You will not “coordinate” recruitment — you will own it end-to-end:
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience.
- 1.5+ years in a leadership / lead role.
- Strong background in FinTech, Payments, Product or iGaming.
- Proven experience in international hiring.
- Experience scaling recruitment during business growth.
- High autonomy, leadership, and system thinking.
- Ability to work under high pressure and strict deadlines.
Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the in-house recruitment team (hire and onboard senior recruiters).
- Personally close Head and key strategic positions.
- Transition recruitment from agencies to 95%+ in-house.
- Own recruitment SLA, quality, speed, and hiring effectiveness.
- Fully rebuild recruitment processes, analytics, and candidate evaluation inside PeopleForce.
- Control recruitment funnels, pipelines, and hiring metrics.
- Select, onboard, and manage recruitment agencies when needed.
- Set up and enforce hiring standards, cultural fit evaluation, and soft skills assessment.
- Partner closely with HRD, CEO, COO, and Hiring Managers.
Perform continuous salary market audits and hiring strategy adjustments.
