We are now looking for a skilled Head of Acquisition to join our team, launch new projects in various markets, and help shape the future of the iGaming industry.
 

What We Expect

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in paid traffic management
  • Experience in the online gambling industry
  • Deep understanding of traffic acquisition channels (PPC, social media, affiliate programs)
  • Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets and delivering high ROI
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Experience with bid management and campaign optimization systems
  • Knowledge of A/B testing principles and practical experience applying them in acquisition campaigns
     

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the traffic acquisition team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive traffic acquisition strategy tailored to each project
  • Manage and optimize all paid acquisition channels, including PPC, display advertising, social media, and affiliate programs
  • Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns, with a focus on cryptocurrency-oriented audiences
  • Continuously optimize acquisition channels using data analysis and A/B testing
  • Manage acquisition budgets to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and retention teams to align acquisition and retention strategies
