About the Role
We are expanding our RTB Team and looking for a Programmatic Account Manager.
No prior experience required โ learn and grow with us!
What matters is analytical thinking, strong English, and your motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (video, display, native).
- Maintain and expand the existing partner network.
- Ensure reliable collaboration with partners and identify opportunities for scaling.
- Develop strategic connections and integrations between SSPs and DSPs.
- Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with partners.
- Evaluate the performance and reliability of current integrations; implement improvements to boost effectiveness.
- Perform daily balance checks on both sides to prevent financial discrepancies.
- Prepare and deliver regular (weekly) reports on partnership results, balance status, and campaign updates.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Confident working with data; advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
- Excellent command of English โ strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Motivation and willingness to learn โ no prior experience required.
- Proactive team player willing to grow and handle responsibilities in a dynamic programmatic environment.
