Programmatic Account Manager (Video Advertising Department)

About the Role

We are expanding our RTB Team and looking for a Programmatic Account Manager.
No prior experience required โ€” learn and grow with us!
What matters is analytical thinking, strong English, and your motivation.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (video, display, native).
  • Maintain and expand the existing partner network.
  • Ensure reliable collaboration with partners and identify opportunities for scaling.
  • Develop strategic connections and integrations between SSPs and DSPs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with partners.
  • Evaluate the performance and reliability of current integrations; implement improvements to boost effectiveness.
  • Perform daily balance checks on both sides to prevent financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular (weekly) reports on partnership results, balance status, and campaign updates.
     

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Confident working with data; advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
  • Excellent command of English โ€” strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Motivation and willingness to learn โ€” no prior experience required.
  • Proactive team player willing to grow and handle responsibilities in a dynamic programmatic environment.
