Talent IT Sourcer

Required skills:

• 1+ year of experience in IT
• Experience as an IT Sourcer, Researcher, or Recruiter is a plus.
• Ability to accurately enter data, fill in the database of candidates;
• Attentiveness and responsibility for the fulfilment of tasks;
• Simultaneous work with 5-7 vacancies in partnership with recruiters
• Experience in searching for candidates in locations in Europe and Latin America;
• Team-oriented approach to your work
• English level upper-intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Actively source candidates using different channels.
• Review profiles and screen CVs according to the vacancy requirements
• Initial contact and communication with candidates daily
• Generate active candidate pipelines
• Desire to develop in the field of sourcing
• Focus on quality and results
• Ability to work and learn at a fast pace
• Market research
