Motion Designer (Mental Health Unit)

We're now expanding into the Mental Health space with a new venture. Our mission is to help people find peace in chaos, build resilience, and live fulfilling, balanced lives. We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join our creative marketing team. If you're passionate about short-form content, TikTok trends, and AI tools — we’d love to meet you. 

What you’ll do:

• Create short-form video content (UGC, ads, animations) for Meta and other platforms.
• Edit mobile-first creatives using CapCut, After Effects, and similar tools.
• Design static and motion assets for ads and social media.
• Work with AI tools (like Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs) to boost creative production.
• Participate in creative brainstorming with the marketing team.
• Follow trends in content, motion design, and social platforms — and turn them into real campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and optimize creatives for better engagement and conversions.
• Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new creative directions.

About you:

• 1+ year of experience in motion design or creative video editing.
• Strong skills in CapCut and After Effects.
• A strong portfolio is mandatory.
• Good grasp of design fundamentals — composition, typographics, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs).
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and ad platforms — you know what works and why.
• Open-minded, proactive, and not afraid to test bold ideas.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Experience working on UGC-style ads or performance creatives.
