Customer Success Manager

📈Your Responsibilities:
- Increasing clients' profitability (helping them spend more and earn more);
- Onboarding clients (teaching them about new functionality and product updates);
- Conducting platform demos for potential clients as needed;
- Data analysis, inventory management, and assistance in campaign launches;
- Upselling clients as needed;
- Handling critical/complex/high-priority issues, and making independent decisions regarding team issues;
- Obtaining, aggregating, and communicating customer feedback to product and business teams (measuring customer satisfaction and expectations of working with the product).
🪄Your Experience & Skills:
- Fluent English skills;
- Experience in launching advertising campaigns and working with self-serve traffic buying platforms, as well as experience in traffic buying on the side of a direct advertiser (product owner) would be a plus;
- Experience in account management and upselling;
- Experience in conducting monthly calls with clients and the finance department;
- Ability/willingness to work independently;
- Using common sense and a sense of urgency in the decision-making process when assessing problems/situations;
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, show empathy, help the client, and teach them (since our goal is to build trusting relationships with the client and be confident that our product truly helps their business).

🔦Interview stages:
🔸 Introduction to Epom (30 minutes): We'll meet on Google Meet, get to know each other, and of course, discuss your experience and skills.
🔸 Interview with the Head of Sales and Team Lead (1 - 1.5 hours): We'll meet on Google Meet / in our office for a detailed discussion about the position. We'll discuss any questions you may have, and there will be a few case studies from the Head of Sales.
