Sales Manager / Lead Generation Manager

DotCode is an outsourcing IT company based in Lviv, and we’re looking for a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. If you're eager to grow professionally in IT sales - this is your chance to dive in and make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Search for and apply to relevant job opportunities (mainly on Upwork);
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients;
- Write follow-ups and respond to client inquiries;
- Manage and update our CRM (Pipedrive);
- Track and analyze lead generation performance;
- Gradually take part in preparing estimates and proposals;
- Help optimize sales strategies and workflows.

Requirements:
- English level B2–C1 (both written and spoken);
- 6+ months of experience in IT lead generation preferred (strong motivation to grow in IT sales is also considered);
- Basic knowledge of Upwork, Excel / Google Docs, and CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus;
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills;
- High attention to detail and ability to learn quickly;
- Analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
