Senior Sales Manager (High-Risk / Gambling)

Interaction with: Head of Sales, BizDev, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Tech, KAM

Systems: CRM, Jira, Google Workspace, Telegram, 

 

We find a strategic sales manager with deep experience in high-risk (Gambling,

Betting, FinTech/PSP), capable of closing large deals ($500k+ traffic volume),

conducting complex negotiations at the level of company owners and ensuring fast

client go-live.

 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of sales experience in high-risk / PSP / payment aggregators.

- Closed-client cases in Gambling / Betting.

- Ability to work with tariffs, commissions, rolling reserves, holds, payout models.

- Negotiations at CEO / Founder level.

Experience working with large traffic volumes ($500k+).

- High level of English.

 

Desirable:

- Network in Gambling / B2B Payment.

- Experience working at exhibitions SIGMA / iGB / SBC.

- Understanding of Corefy, routing, cascades, aggregators.

 

Key tasks:

- Closing deals in high-risk.

- Attracting large clients via LinkedIn/Telegram/network.

- Negotiations on conditions (rates, commissions, rollings, holds).

- Transfer of the client to KAM after go-live.

- Work in CRM, structured reporting, warming up leads.
