Project Manager (LATAM)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for predictable and timely delivery of project initiatives for an operational product in Latin America. The role includes end-to-end ownership: planning, coordination, communication, risk management, and delivery tracking across internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery and Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors (Platform, Integrators, Legal, Finance).
• Maintain a unified project backlog and transparency of tasks in Jira.
• Monitor deadlines, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.

1. Communication and Reporting

• Maintain a single information space for all stakeholders.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports without ambiguity.
• Manage expectations and escalate risks proactively.

1. Processes and Documentation

• Facilitate project meetings (planning, syncs, retros) and track action items.
• Keep documentation and knowledge base up to date in Confluence.
• Support and improve project management standards.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience (iGaming, Fintech, or web development).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence (workflows, dashboards, JQL).
• Experience with distributed teams and external contractors.

Soft Skills:

• System thinking and ability to manage dependencies.
• High ownership and responsibility for results.
• Strong communication skills with technical and business teams.
