NOTE: This position is a salaried M-F role with the occasional evening and weekend requirements, depending on projects. This role will require working a minimum of 4 hours (Pacific Time) to overlap with the US-based team.
The Responsibilities/Key Expectations:
Work with the HR Director to build workflows that help teams to streamline efforts that reduce administrative tasks
Work with the HR Director on recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring workers for full-time contract positions
Prepare job descriptions, job postings, and assist in the entire hiring process
Source potential candidates on various platforms and share those qualified candidates with the HR Director
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Coordinate with the HR Director to get forecasted departmental goals and hiring needs
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Have a solid list of resources to find qualified candidates
Assist in composing job offer letters
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements:
Fluency in English both written and spoken a MUST
4+ years of project management experience
4+ years of Human Resources experience
Results-oriented individual who can think analytically and problem-solve creatively
An exceptional level of personal organization and self-initiative
Master’s degree
Adaptable to a constant change in pace and environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be an energetic, work well in a team, self-starter, multi-tasker, organized, and detail-oriented
Possess a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to collaborate successfully with various personalities
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
