Location: Remote

Compensation: $500-1500 per successful hire (no fixed salary)

Specialists to hire during your work with us: Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack Engineers, DevOps, QA, PMs, Blockchain Developers, AI Engineers, Lead Generation specialists etc. 

 

You must already have experience hiring engineers for outsourcing / software development companies and be able to work independently without micromanagement.

 

Your role is simple:

โ†’ Find strong candidates.

โ†’ Screen them.

โ†’ Deliver final candidates to our CTO/PM/CEO.

Payment is issued per hired candidate.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Source engineers, DevOps, QA, PMs, and blockchain/AI specialists
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing โ†’ screening โ†’ interview coordination)
  • Create and post job descriptions
  • Use LinkedIn, Telegram communities, job boards, and personal network
  • Conduct preliminary screening calls
  • Present only qualified candidates that fit both technical and cultural criteria
  • Maintain clean communication and reporting

 

 

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience recruiting in IT outsourcing/software development
  • Ability to independently close roles without supervision
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, IT communities, groups)
  • Good understanding of engineering roles (React, Node, DevOps, blockchain, AI/ML)
  • Strong communication & candidate assessment skills
  • Result-oriented mindset โ€” you get paid when the job is done
