A Middle Data Analyst who:

  • Sees the product through the lens of data, business impact, and long-term value.
  • Is ready to take ownership of analytical processes and grow into leading the analytics function.
  • Feels comfortable in a startup environment, where many things are being built from scratch — and enjoys that dynamic.
  • Can collaborate closely with product, engineering, finance, and leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
     

What You’ll Work On:

Build and evolve the analytics ecosystem

  • Help design and implement end-to-end analytics infrastructure: event tracking, data warehouse, data models, access layers, standards.
  • Contribute to scalable foundations that support rapid product growth.

Predictive analytics & ML prototypes

  • Work with product and engineering teams to explore high-impact use cases.
  • Build and test prototypes, support integration into the product.

Data pipelines & ETL

  • Create, automate, and maintain ETL processes to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable data.

Dashboards & insights

  • Build dashboards for product, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Transform raw data into clear insights that influence day-to-day decisions.

A/B tests & experimentation

  • Design and analyze experiments.
  • Help improve the experimentation framework used across the product.

Finance collaboration

  • Work with finance on forecasts, LTV and unit economics models, plans vs actuals, and growth scenarios.

Cross-functional partnership

  • Collaborate with C-level and product managers on hypotheses, priorities, and decision-making processes.
     

What We Expect From You:

  • 1.5–2+ years of experience in data analytics within product companies.
  • Strong experience running A/B tests and working with experimentation methodologies.
  • Solid skills in Python, SQL, and analytics automation.
  • Experience with GTM, GA4, Amplitude, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of product metrics:
    retention, conversion funnels, cohort analysis, LTV, CAC, unit economics.
  • Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ability to turn complex data findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with focus on outcomes and willingness to grow into a Lead role.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building analytics systems or migrating to more scalable setups.
  • Experience with B2C SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning approaches, or advanced statistical models.
