About us:
We are a team building complex WordPress solutions for clients across Europe: from large e-commerce stores with thousands of products, corporate portals, custom plugins/themes, headless CMS, optimized scalable architectures and SEO-friendly projects. We are looking for more than a regular sales manager โ we want a professional who will escalate our business development, build a stable lead pipeline, and attract high-value clients globally.
What youโll do:
- Actively source potential clients on LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant platforms (WP agencies, mid/large business, e-commerce, WP site owners).
- Build and maintain sales pipeline, manage CRM, communicate with clients (first contact โ proposal โ closing).
- Prepare compelling proposals and offers that sell WordPress development services.
- Maintain and manage our profile on Upwork / freelance marketplaces (onboarding, boosting ratings, managing reviews).
- Conduct market and competitor research, test new channels, track and analyse metrics.
(Optional but preferred) Automate outreach / lead generation process using tools like Lemlist, PhantomBuster, or similar.
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation / sales / business development in IT or web-development services (at least 1 year).
- Practical knowledge of WordPress (CMS experience, understanding of web development for WP projects) โ strong plus.
- Good English (Upper-Intermediate+), ability to communicate and negotiate with clients, write proposals.
- Experience working via platforms / freelance marketplaces โ LinkedIn, Upwork, or similar.
Proactive mindset, self-motivation, ability to work independently, aiming to build long-term relationships with international clients.
