CRM Automation Specialist

Technical Automation Specialist (CRM + Integrations) | Remote | Shifted schedule

We’re looking for a Technical Automation Specialist experienced with CRM systems, automation workflows, and integrations. You will help build and optimize funnels, pipelines, and data flows, and support the migration of our current systems to a new CRM platform.

📌 Important:
This role has a shifted schedule — 8 working hours finishing by 23:00 (Kyiv time).

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize automation workflows, funnels, pipelines, calendars.
• Migrate campaigns, emails, and automations from the old CRM.
• Integrate tools via API, Zapier/Make, webhooks, or lightweight scripts.
• Configure domains, DNS, SPF/DKIM, subdomains.
• Set up Zoom/webinar integrations and troubleshoot tech issues.
• Improve automation logic, tracking, and system performance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with any CRM/automation platform (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Experience with automation builders: workflows, triggers, sequences.
• API integrations (REST), Zapier/Make/Integromat.
• Basic scripting (Python/JS) — a plus, not mandatory.
• DNS configuration experience.
• English — B2+.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical issues.
