We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented and motivated Junior Analyst to join our team. This role requires you to collect various data from different sources and for different purposes, analyse the collected data, generate reports, and assist in finding ways to improve the companies data gathering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support senior management in developing models and identifying trends and insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and findings.

Requirements:

• College degree.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams in both English and Ukrainian.
