Reddit Specialist (Farming, Publishing)

The company is looking for an experienced Reddit specialist. If you have a solid understanding of the Reddit platform, can work with content and communities, and have a successful track record of managing and growing accounts, we would be happy to have you on our team.

Required experience with:

• Experience with Reddit: deep understanding of the platform, its culture, and its rules.
• Content marketing skills: ability to create content using AI (posts, comments) and adapt the communication style for different communities.
• English language: proficiency level of at least Intermediate (for interaction with English-speaking communities), spoken English does not need to be at a high level.
• Analytical skills: ability to use analytics tools (such as Ahrefs) to research the audience and evaluate results. If you don’t have experience with Ahrefs, we provide training.
• Self-organization: ability to plan your own work, work remotely, and communicate effectively within a team.

Would be a plus:

• Experience moderating subreddits would be a significant advantage.
• Developed Reddit account: having a personal account with high karma and an active history (for verifying your experience).

Responsibilities:

• Creating and “warming up” Reddit accounts: managing new accounts, simulating natural activity to build trust in the profile.
• Building karma: actively participating in relevant subreddits (posting, commenting) to increase account karma.
• Publishing content: creating and posting engaging posts and comments that comply with the rules and culture of the relevant communities.
• Coordinating discussions: organizing and coordinating activity (“orchestrating” comments) to increase the visibility and ranking of posts.
• Analysis and opportunity identification: researching subreddits and trends (particularly using Ahrefs) to find new ways to drive traffic to our products.
