Lead Generation Manager
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive Lead Generation Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the company’s growth.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation — Strong Middle / Senior level.
- Experience in companies providing technical support: IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, Support-as-a-Service, L1/L2 Support, or other external support models.
- Proficiency with automation tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytical tools (Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English proficiency: B2 or higher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies for IT products and services.
- Utilize automation tools to efficiently search for and verify potential leads.
- Analyze market trends to identify target audiences for successful lead generation.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize client acquisition processes.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns using analytical tools.
- Identifying companies in need of technical support
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience with automated marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo).
- Understanding of modern digital marketing strategies.
