n8n Automation Engineer

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced n8n automation engineer to design and implement smart business process automations. In this role, you’ll build advanced workflows that connect AI tools, APIs, and enterprise systems, helping streamline operations and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement sophisticated n8n workflows that integrate AI models, APIs, and business applications
• Design and manage workflows that integrate CRM platforms and Customer Support systems to automate data entry, ticket management, and client communication
• Build intelligent, agent-like automations using AI nodes, decision logic, and custom scripting
• Develop multi-step flows with conditional branches, error recovery, and monitoring features
• Create AI-driven data pipelines leveraging embeddings and LLM-based integrations
• Extend n8n functionality by developing custom nodes when necessary
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into automated solutions

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building advanced workflows in n8n
• Proven experience integrating AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, etc.) into automation workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and experience synchronizing data between CRMs and Customer Support tools
• Experience with database queries, workflow optimization, and error-handling strategies
• Familiarity with version control practices and deploying n8n environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Familiarity with ZOHO API and the ZOHO ecosystem
• Experience managing self-hosted n8n setups and using Python for data processing tasks
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and cloud-based AI solutions
• Understanding of enterprise integration practices and BI/analytics platforms
