Head of Outbound Sales

About the Company

DataOx is an IT outsourcing company specializing in custom software development, automation, web scraping, and AI integrations for SMB clients in Western markets. The company has been successfully operating for over 10 years and maintains a stable flow of clients through Upwork and website.

DataOx is now entering a new stage of growth and is opening a role for a Head of Outbound Sales. We are looking for an experienced professional who can build and manage a structured outbound channel as an additional, scalable source of client acquisition.

Professional Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B service sales (IT outsourcing, custom software development, automation, data, AI, etc.).
  • Proven experience in outbound (cold) sales targeting Western markets (USA, Canada, Europe, UK) - mandatory.
  • Experience leading a sales team of up to 10 people and consistently achieving planned KPIs.
  • Experience building an outbound sales department from scratch (or fully restructuring an existing one).
  • Experience implementing CRM systems, analytics, reporting, sales scripts, as well as hiring and training sales reps.

Management Competencies:

  • Strong systems and process-oriented thinking - able to build a sales function as a scalable β€œmachine,” not via manual control.
  • Ability to implement standards and maintain execution discipline.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and grow a team.
  • Solid planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in uncertainty and build structured processes from the ground up

Nice to have:

  • Experience as a Head of Sales or Outbound Sales Manager in an IT outsourcing company or digital agency (50–150 employees).
  • Proven track record of launching or relaunching outbound (cold) sales for B2B service offerings.
  • Experience managing an SDR/BDR team focused on English-speaking markets.
